The use of the site and the purchase of the accommodation services offered by CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR imply the customer’s full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and their acceptance in their entirety.
Please note: security deposits will be required on site, especially for accommodation and equipment rentals.
In order to benefit from these services, we ask you to carefully read the general terms and conditions of sale below. These terms and conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed.
ARTICLE 1 – RESERVATIONS
All bookings must be accompanied by a minimum payment of 30% of the amount of the stay, including the price of accommodation and options (excluding insurance and any administration fees that can be collected at the time of the deposit), the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay. In the event of non-payment, the reservation may be cancelled without the customer being able to recover the sums initially paid. In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the start date of the stay), the total amount of the stay will be claimed at the time of booking.
The booking contract will only be deemed to have been concluded between the customer and CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR after the latter has sent the customer the invoice for his stay by e-mail or by post.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES AND CONDITIONS
All prices shown are valid for the 2021 season and are in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is €0.55 per day per person and is to be paid extra.
The prices shown are either per accommodation or per person (in the latter case, the mention “price per person” appears clearly on the web page where the accommodation prices are listed), and vary according to the dates, length of stay, and type of accommodation. Unless otherwise stated, prices include accommodation only.
Transport with private car: in the event of a breakdown or delay due to traffic congestion, CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR will not be able to bear any additional costs or cancellation costs that may result from the client’s no-show at the booked accommodation.
Sports: deposits are often required for the loan of sports equipment or board games (rackets, games, etc.); They are returned when the equipment is returned in good condition.
2.1 – BOOKING CONDITIONS
All contracting parties must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and not be under guardianship or curatorship. The contractor must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
How to book
The reservation is effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
The reservation of a camping pitch or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Campsite
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motorhome for 1/2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities. Additional costs (extra person, pets, extra vehicle, etc.) are not included in the basic package and will be added to it. The camping pitches can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people (baby included).
Rental
The rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is from 4 to 7 people (baby included) depending on the type of rental.
CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
2.2 – RATES, TOURIST TAX AND ECO CONTRIBUTION
The prices shown are valid for the 2021 season. Prices are in euros, VAT included, and correspond to the accommodation chosen, its number of people and its duration. Local taxes and surcharges are not included.
A tourist tax collected for the Commune of Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle is to be paid on arrival for anyone over 18 years old.
An eco-tax of €0.40 is collected for the preservation of the environment and the treatment of waste on the campsite and is to be paid per night and per person.
2.3 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or at a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
ARTICLE 3 – ACCOMMODATION
The 3* classification is indicated according to the national standard determined by Atout France.
Photos and illustrations: every effort is made to provide photos and illustrations that give the customer an overview of the services offered. The purpose of these photos and illustrations is to indicate to the customer the category or comfort level of accommodation and cannot be a source of commitment beyond this object.
ARTICLE 4 – APPLICATION FEES
The booking fee is set at €25.00 per booking, for all bookings made directly online on the internet or by calling the campsite.
ARTICLE 5 – RULES OF THE STAY
5.1-Accepted Payment Methods
For both the deposit and the balance, you can honour your reservation or stay by the following payment methods:
Bank cheque, French postal cheque, holiday voucher, cash, bank card, national or international bank transfer
5.2-Terms of payment
On the campsite’s website
Any binding booking request from the buyer is broken down as follows:
- Deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay + booking fees + cancellation insurance (optional)
- Balance of the stay at least 30 days before your arrival for stays in rentals and camping pitches. In the event that the balance is not paid within the specified period, it is considered to have been cancelled and our cancellation policy described below applies.
By mail
Any binding booking request from the buyer is broken down as follows:

The balance of the stay is due, at the latest, 30 days before your arrival for stays in rentals and camping pitches. In the event that the balance is not paid within the specified period, it is considered to have been cancelled and our cancellation policy described below applies. This reservation has no contractual value until the buyer has received a confirmation of registration issued by the campsite.
ARTICLE 6 – MEET ON SITE
All the stays offered give rise to an appointment at the reception of the CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR for the handing over of the keys to the accommodation, or the accompaniment to the previously reserved pitch.
In the event of a late arrival, the customer must inform CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR in Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle by telephone directly, which can be reached on 05 58 44 27 13, to arrange a new appointment so that the keys to their accommodation can be handed over to them.
ARTICLE 7 – COMPLAINTS
Any claim for non-performance or poor performance of the rental contract must be reported by the customer immediately on site and in writing to CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR, Chez Chapon, 63550 Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle. We will not cover any telephone or postal costs associated with your requests. You can also send an e-mail to the following address: relation-client@alphacamping.fr.
No complaints or disputes are accepted over the phone.
Any complaint must therefore be in writing and must be formulated individually (one per file). No action will be taken on collective complaints or petitions.
ARTICLE 8 – RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANT
Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not used by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund.
No dispute regarding the price of the accommodation will be taken into consideration after the start of the stay. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether the price is suitable before departure.
CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR is equipped to accommodate disabled people. It is important to mention the disability at the time of booking. Without this mention, no claim can be taken into account if the facilities are not adapted to the needs. Any person whose mobility is reduced – travelling with or without an accompanying person – as a result of a sensory or motor disability, age, illness or any other cause generating a disability whose situation requires special attention and adaptation to his or her needs in the services offered – must necessarily mention this particularity to us at the time of booking or in writing to the following address campingparadisrivesdeladour@alphacamping.fr
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the legislation in force, the rental of accommodation in mobile homes, chalets, bungalows and other outdoor accommodation (hereinafter referred to as “rental accommodation”) is not the responsibility of hoteliers. Consequently, CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings in our rental accommodation, common areas and adjoining car parks. We remind you that you are responsible for the safety of the rental accommodation during your stay and that it is your responsibility to insure yourself accordingly. There are a few precautions you can take to avoid any inconvenience: close your bay windows before leaving your rental accommodation, lock your door. We remind you that the omission of personal belongings inside your rental accommodation during the vacation of the premises cannot engage the responsibility of CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR
ARTICLE 9 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION FEES BY THE CUSTOMER
The Client can request a change to their stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation). Without prejudice to the fact that full payment of the balance is due prior to departure, any changes at the customer’s request are possible and may incur a change fee. Any request for changes must be confirmed in writing by the client and is subject to availability and acceptance by CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR In the event that the contractor wishes to extend his/her stay, the current rate will be applied. Any change you make from a higher range to a lower range will not give rise to any refund.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions of cancellation and interruption of stay.
Any request from the CLIENT to modify or cancel the STAY must be sent
to CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The deadlines mentioned below are from the date of receipt of this letter, as evidenced by the postmark. Cancellation or modification of the STAY will result in the collection of at least the following fees:
* More than 30 days before the start of the STAY: 30% of the price of the STAY + the fees
+ insurance costs (if purchased);
* Less than 30 days before the start of the STAY: 100% of the price of the STAY + fees
+ insurance costs (if purchased).
No fee will be applied in the event of a change in the names of the participants or the number of participants, as long as the number of participants does not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
In the case of a booking including several accommodations, the cancellation of one or more of the accommodations contained in the file will incur cancellation fees only on the accommodations in question.
Any stay started will be considered fully completed and will not give rise to any refund.
If, during the stay, the customer renounces one or more of the services ordered, he cannot demand any reduction in the price from CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR
Unused benefits
Any interrupted stay, abbreviated stay (late arrival, early departure), or in the event of non-presentation on the campsite of a booked accommodation by the customer will not give rise to any refund of the said service.
Cancellation by CAMPING PARADIS LE GIESSEN
To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption insurance at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation due to CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation insurance
We invite you to take out cancellation or interruption insurance when booking according to the formulas and rates mentioned below.
ARTICLE 10 – YOUR STAY
Arrival
Camping pitches: arrivals are from 12:00
Rental accommodation: on the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 4:00 p.m., and when you hand over the keys to your rental, you will be asked for a deposit.
During your stay
The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the civil liability of the camper. All customers must comply with the provisions of the house rules. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with or visit him.
Departure
Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or deteriorated object will remain at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary.
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, minus the compensation withheld, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs are higher than the amount of the deposit.
In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee for:
- Chalets/Mobile Homes composed of 2 Bedrooms the amount is 70€
- Chalets/Mobile Homes composed of 3 Bedrooms the amount is 80€.
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the prevailing nightly rate.
ARTICLE 11 – VISITORS
Visitors are admitted to the campsite after going to the campsite reception and paying the visitor fee. Visitors will have access to the campsite’s facilities, with the exception of the aquatic areas.
ARTICLE 12 – PROTECTION OF THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA. – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND USER FREEDOM
The customer expressly acknowledges that CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners. All photos and texts used on the CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR website are non-contractual. They are for information purposes only.
The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR. It will be used solely by CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR, for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalise the communication and the offer of services reserved for CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR customers according to your interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose your personal data. ARTICLE 13 – IMAGES
You authorise CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR as well as any person we wish to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR and to use the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on the CAMPING PARADIS websites or Internet pages, social networks on CAMPING PARADIS presentation and promotional media and on travel or tourist guides). This authorisation applies to both you and the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishments and the CAMPING PARADIS network and may not damage your reputation in any way. This authorisation is granted free of charge, for all countries and for an unlimited period.
You expressly authorise and without compensation, CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR to use photographs and/or films that may be taken during your stay for the communication needs of the CAMPING PARADIS group.
Any holidaymaker who refuses to be photographed or filmed during their stay must inform CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR in advance and in writing. You also authorize their distribution, publication and marketing on any type of media that may be used.
ARTICLE 14 – DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in the campsite (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee, per animal, payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited in the vicinity of swimming pools, in food shops and in reception, entertainment and sanitary buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
Pets: CAMPING PARADIS LES RIVES DE L’ADOUR accepts pets (either €8/day or €45/week) except for 1st and 2nd category dogs in application of article L.211-16 of the Rural Code.
